Sevigny Wore Prosthetic Penis For
New Miniseries

Chloe Sevigny "felt like a freak" while filming upcoming U.K. TV show Hit
And Miss because she struggled to get used to wearing a prosthetic penis to
portray a transsexual. In the six-part TV series, the Big Love star plays a
pre-operation transsexual assassin, undergoing hormone therapy to become a
woman.
Sevigny refused to have a body double stand in for her for nude scenes and
instead decided to undergo an entire physical transformation - but the
gruelling process proved to be emotionally overwhelming for the actress.
She tells Interview magazine, "I tried to slim down. I tried to lose a lot
of weight because I thought it would make me look more masculine if I were
gaunt... On the show there are a lot of quick glimpses of me naked, wearing
a prosthetic penis, which was horrifying... There was talk of doing body
doubles and special effects, but in the end we decided I'd wear a
prosthetic.
"It was uncomfortable because it requires having people really close around
your private area. I mean, I've never even been waxed, or done anything
unless it's my doctor or someone. So it's very strange to have someone you
hardly know so close, and it took two hours to put on, gluing, then
painting... They they would have to check it periodically because it's their
handiwork... I cried a lot when they put it on. I don't know why. I felt
like a freak... which is how my character feels, so it was really good for
the part and all the rest, but it was tough... I guess when you're taking a
lot of hormones, it shrinks a bit. So she's not that well hung."
Sevigny also made sure to do her research before filming began on the
project: "I met with some post-ops and talked with them. They were very open
and revealing and honest. Then I just read a lot. I read as many
autobiographies as I could..."
Hit and Miss is due to premiere in the U.K. in May.
Winfrey's Bodyguards Detained In India

of Oprah Winfrey's bodyguards were detained in India on Thursday after
allegedly becoming embroiled in a brawl with local TV crews. The talk show
queen is currently in the country shooting her new show Oprah's Next Chapter
and was travelling to the town of Mathura, about 90 miles (145 kilometres)
south of Delhi when an altercation took place.
Three of Winfrey's guards were reported to have been taken in to custody
when video equipment belonging to local TV crews was allegedly destroyed,
but they were released after issuing a written apology, according to the
Associated Press.
She is due to visit the Jaipur Literature Festival when it begins on Friday.
Berry Stalker Sentenced To Jail

man accused of stalking Halle Berry has been sentenced to 386 days behind
bars after striking a plea deal with prosecutors. Richard Franco was
arrested outside the actress' Hollywood Hills home in July after Berry
spotted him trespassing on the property for the third time in as many days.
He was carrying a key to the star's guesthouse, which he reportedly obtained
by breaking into the house.
He initially pleaded not guilty to felony charges of burglary and stalking,
which carried a maximum total of nine years behind bars, but he has since
struck a deal with authorities and agreed to plead no contest to the
stalking count, in exchange for the dismissal of the burglary charge.
Franco's sentence will be further reduced by time already served - he'll
have to spend another 193 days in prison.
He will also spend five years on probation upon his release and he must
complete a year-long psychological counselling programme.
In addition, the judge extended Berry's restraining order against Franco by
a further three years, meaning he is now banned from going anywhere near the
star until 2022.
Jenner Undergoes Skin Cancer Removal Surgery

Kardashian's stepfather, former Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner, has undergone
surgery to treat skin cancer, according to a U.S. report. Jenner was snapped
at a Los Angeles Lakers game on Monday with stitches on his right cheek and
now sources tell TMZ.com that he went under the knife on Friday.
His doctor allegedly made the diagnosis following a biopsy, prompting the
reality TV star to press ahead with an outpatient procedure to remove a
patch of skin from the affected area.
Jenner and his wife Kris have yet to comment on the report.
Jenner won gold for the decathlon in the 1976 Olympics in Montreal, Canada.
Lohan Served With New Lawsuit At Progress Report Hearing

Lindsay Lohan has been hit with a new lawsuit for allegedly engaging in
unfair business practices.The embattled Mean Girls star was served with
legal papers as she arrived at a Los Angeles courthouse on Tuesday. Lohan
was back in front of a judge for a progress report hearing in relation to
her recent conviction for a probation violation.
According to TMZ.com, the new documents were filed by California resident
Thomas A. Green, who accuses the actress misleading him into believing she
would back an upcoming business venture via Facebook.com correspondence.
Green is seeking $300,000 (GBP187,500) in damages.
Beckinsale Hid Rubber Penis In Mum's Hand Luggage

Kate Beckinsale once forced her mother to "dump" a large rubber penis at a
Montreal, Canada airport after a saucy prank went awry.The Underworld star
stashed the phallus in her mum's hand luggage while she was packing to
return home to England after a film set visit - because she thought it would
amuse her when customs officials found it.
But the actress' make-up artist, who gave her the penis as a gift, persuaded
her not to put her mother through the humiliation.
Beckinsale explains, "We'd sort of had a little bit of an argument and she
was leaving... and my make-up artist had given me... for Easter - I don't
know why - this enormous penis... a rubber one... it was quite wobbly... It
was definitely decorative... It wasn't functional.
"I kept on stashing it in my trailer... and I thought, 'I'm just gonna put
it in her hand luggage when she goes to the airport and maybe that'll
somehow cheer us up,' so I did that. I was gonna let it get to that point
but my make-up artist was so horrified that I'd done it... I had to call her
up and say, 'Look, I'm really sorry, but just look in your bag.' She went,
'Oh my God, Kate, I can't believe you've done it.... What am I going to do
with it?'"
I think she had to somehow... dump it at the airport... She said she dumped
it.
Beckinsale admits she was taken aback by her mum's shock because they have a
family tradition of making penis jokes.
She adds, "I do like a penis joke... Doesn't everybody... We have a
tradition in my family now. Whenever I visit my mother's house I always have
to leave a banana and two apples, or whatever fruit she has, in a penis
state in her fruit bowl... just so she thinks of me when I've gone."
My daughter was actually in an arts and crafts store the other day with my
husband and she did it with some pretend fruit and vegetables, which is
really bad because she's only 13.
That probably explains why the actress found her Golden Globes co-presenter
Seth Rogen's erection gag so funny on Sunday night - Beckinsale could hardly
announce the nominees in their category as she giggled at the actor's saucy
gag.
Stone: 'I'm Not Diabetic'

star, who suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage close to her brain in 2001, has
faced years of reports alleging she has high blood sugar levels caused by a

Wikipedia states she "suffers from Type 1 diabetes" - but the actress has
now exposed the rumor as a myth.
She tells You magazine, "The rumors that I have diabetes are not true. In
fact, I have extremely low blood sugar and extremely low blood pressure. I
am actually superbly healthy."
Patton And Thicke Hit With Tax Bill

actress Paula Patton and her singer husband Robin Thicke are facing a
massive tax bill amid allegations they have failed to hand over more than
$492,000 (£307,500) in payments.Officials at the U.S. Internal Revenue
Service filed a tax lien against the couple last month demanding payment for
$492,583 (£307,864).
However, a representative for the Precious star and her partner insists the
bill will be taken care of as soon as possible, telling the Detroit News,
"They were just made aware of the issue and it is being taken care of
immediately."
Seyfried Won't Be Shy As She Bares All As Porn Star Lovelace

Mia! star Amanda Seyfried is set to give lusty fans an eyeful in her Linda
Lovelace biopic - the film's producer insists the actress will be stripping
off for full-frontal nude scenes. The pretty blonde signed on as the porn
star who became an anti-porn activist last year, and movie executive Patrick
Muldoon reveals Seyfried is taking some big risks with the saucy role.
He tells Eonline.com, "It's very risque and there will be lots of nakedness
in the movie, especially for Seyfried. It's a new thing for her."
But the producer insists his star won't be remembered for baring all in the
film - fans will love her profound performance.
He adds, "She's doing such an amazing job. We're about two weeks into
filming, and the movie's going to be incredible.
Thematically, it's (movie) talking about how abusive the porn industry was
to Linda Lovelace. Yes, there's a lot of nudity, but it's a message movie
about respecting women.
The actress will appear alongside Peter Sarsgaard in the film, while Demi
Moore recently signed on to portray feminist Gloria Steinem.
More Woes For Ferguson After She Is Charged With Illegal Filming

British royal Sarah Ferguson has been charged with illegally filming
children during a 2008 trip to a Turkish orphanage. The Duchess of York went
undercover to examine orphanage conditions for a British TV programme and
she reportedly captured images of children, who appeared to be tied to their
beds in one facility just outside the capital of Ankara.
Officials have since taken legal action against Ferguson and in court on
Thursday she was accused in absentia of going "against the law in acquiring
footage and violating privacy" of five children.
She faces up to 22 years behind bars if convicted. No trial date has been
set.
